Our Staff

All our staff have and carry with them a valid Working with Children’s Check Card and receive regular child safe training.

They work under the direction of the Team/Club/Organisation or Association and will adhere to the child protection policy of that Team/Club/Organisation or Association as well as the Child Protection Policy of Field of View Photography to maintain the highest standard of child protection and wellbeing.

Photographing Children and  Young People

Children and young people are photographed/filmed while being involved in sport only if

• We have consent from the Team/Club/Organisation or Association, and they have notified us of any images that include a participant who has not given consent for their photo to be taken and/or published on social media.

• The context is directly related to participation in sport

• The child/young person is appropriately dressed and posed

• The image/footage is taken in the presence of members and participants of the Team/Club/Organisation or Association.

• Images/footage will not be distributed to anyone other than the Team/Club/Organisation or Association and FOV Photography

• Images (digital or hard copy) are stored securely and will be destroyed or deleted when they are no longer required.
